The system automatically generates relevant tasks when you reach key milestones in the investment process - from opportunity assessment through due diligence, transaction planning, and execution. Guards now check whether the specific tasks are finished while transitioning the Transaction to the specific states, allowing more controlled progression between stages. This automation reduces manual work and ensures no critical steps are missed during the acquisition process.

Enhanced Task Templates with Stakeholder Interface Options

Task templates now include comprehensive stakeholder selection options for both internal and external interfaces. This improvement allows you to clearly specify which stakeholders need to be involved in specific tasks, improving communication and workflow management. You can now select from a detailed list of internal roles (such as technical project leads, asset managers) and external parties (like brokers, legal advisors, or technical specialists) when creating or managing tasks.

Hide legacy tasks with new archive feature

You can now easily manage your task list by hiding old legacy tasks. A new archive feature allows you to declutter your view by automatically hiding archived tasks. You can toggle the visibility of archived tasks using a convenient filter at the top of the task list.
