Separate export file for MFH investment cases
We've improved the export functionality for multi-family home investment cases by creating a dedicated spreadsheet format. This makes it easier to analyze and work with your MFH investment data separately from other investment types, providing a more organized workflow when managing your portfolio.

Enhanced Betriebskostenabrechnung (BKA) Creation and Editing Process
We've improved the service charge statement (BKA) creation and editing process with a comprehensive step-by-step wizard. You can now easily manage annual service charge statements with clear guidance through each stage - from selecting periods and contracts to calculating operating costs, heating expenses, and making adjustments. The new process includes document management, better visualization of costs, and automatic calculations to ensure accuracy. This enhancement makes the complex task of creating service charge statements more straightforward and efficient.
Enhanced NetSuite Export for Peakside Debtors
Peakside-related invoices now follow a specialized approval procedure when exported to NetSuite. This improvement ensures that invoices from specific Peakside entities are automatically marked as "Pending Approval" in the system, streamlining the financial workflow and ensuring proper approval processes are followed before final processing.

Enhanced Envelope Management with Recommender System
We've improved the envelope approval process to make it more flexible and user-friendly. Now you can add recommenders instead of approvers, control whether signatures are required, and allow external users to add comments. The system now sends email notifications to internal recommenders when envelopes are approved, rejected, or receive comments. You can also delete envelopes until they're approved, giving you more control over the process.
Enhanced Task Assignment Options
You can now select asset-contacts as default assignees when creating task templates, in addition to company functions. This includes specialized roles like Tax DD Consultant, Energy Efficiency Consultant, Legal DD-Expert, Technical DD-Expert, and Asset Partner, giving you more flexibility in assigning tasks to the right people.
Enhanced Task Status Management
You can now change task status more flexibly through the task tracker UI. We've expanded the available statuses and improved the interface to make status transitions more intuitive. This enhancement gives you greater control over your task workflow, allowing you to better track progress and manage your work.
Fixed inconsistent form validation in Task Templates
We've improved the Task Templates form by properly marking the Activity Group field as mandatory, just like other required fields. This makes the form more consistent and prevents confusion when creating new task templates, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
Fixed issue with external data rooms not displaying all selected documents
We've fixed a problem where external data rooms weren't showing all selected documents. Previously, when sharing multiple documents (like rental contracts), only a fraction would appear to external users. Now all selected documents will be properly displayed, ensuring complete information sharing with your external partners.
New KPI Deck for Retail Renting
We've introduced a comprehensive KPI dashboard for the retail renting process that gives you clear visibility into your rental performance. Track important metrics like viewing counts, first-time and second-time rentals, contract signatures, and renovation blockers - all in one place. This new tool helps you identify bottlenecks in your rental process and measure your team's effectiveness at converting viewings into signed contracts.

Enhanced Project Structure with Planning Modules and Measure Packages
We've improved how renovation projects are structured by introducing Planning Modules and Measure Packages. This new hierarchy gives you more flexibility when organizing your renovation projects and creates better alignment between planning, tendering, and execution workflows. You can now break down assets into logical planning units and group related measures together, making it easier to track costs and apply for subsidies. The improved structure replaces the rigid lot-based system with a more intuitive approach focused on meaningful working units.
Internal Budget View for Renovation Managers
Renovation managers can now track internal budget allocation and usage alongside external budgets. This new tab provides visibility into the remaining internal budget for cost positions paid by Reneo, calculated as 25% of the Reneo Fees. The enhancement includes progress bars showing internal budget usage, additional KPIs in the overview, and accurate budget usage calculations based on attribution percentages. This helps renovation managers make more informed decisions about resource allocation and project financial management.
New Renovation Project Planning Module Creation and Editing
You can now create and edit renovation project planning modules with a dedicated modal. This enhancement allows you to specify the name of the planning module, select from various measures packages (like Energetische Sanierung, Dachgeschoss Ausbau, etc.), and choose the appropriate partner setup. The system will automatically determine the required tasks based on your selections, streamlining the renovation planning process.
